Equestrian Conditioning Program

To be a better rider, an athlete needs to understand their own body in motion before they can control a horse. A rhythmical tensing and relaxing of the muscular system takes place parallel to the horse’s movement, so that no muscles are permanently in tension when riding. Our coaches understand the dynamics of riding a horse and will train your abdominal core, adductors, pelvis, spine and scapular muscles to be strong yet supple.
