Our comprehensive history and physical examination is the foundation upon which we build the fundamental elements of our medical care. We listen to the questions and concerns of our patients, and after a complete examination of all body systems, we formulate a concise medical record.

Complete blood analysis including cholesterol profile with LDL particle size. (Recent studies have shown an association between LDL particle size and cardiovascular disease). This service includes urinalysis.

Tests for small amounts of blood in the stool, which may indicate gastrointestinal disease.

Heart disease is the leading cause of death for both men and women. This test is used to uncover heart problems such as blockages and abnormal heart rates and rhythms. We also use this test to determine fitness level prior to initiating an exercise program.

A non-invasive test used to determine aspects of blood flow through the carotid arteries, which are located in the neck. This test helps to identify any blockages that may lead to stroke.

A non-invasive screening test for abnormalities of the abdominal aorta.

Determines current hearing levels and screens for hearing loss.

Screening for vision loss, color deficiency and intraocular pressure.

Useful for evaluating different forms of lung disease, effects of exposure to dusts and chemicals at work and evaluation of persistent cough, wheezing and shortness of breath.

Includes a consultation with Director of Fitness, Nutrition and Sports Performance to determine fitness level. (includes an analysis of body fat)

An in-depth review and analysis of dietary habits including a supplement review.

A careful review of all medications and supplements, including possible interactions.

Update and review of immunization history and administration of all required immunizations.

Cardiac Syndrome X is a cardiovascular condition in which a patient experiences chest pain but has no evidence of coronary artery blockage(s).

Evaluation, treatment and management of stress. Increased stress can lead to heart disease, compromised immunity, depression, anger, hostility and anxiety. Based on the results of your assessment, our professional staff will make specific recommendations to help reduce the effects of stress on your health.

Chronic poor oral health as well as tooth and bone loss can lead to increases in coronary and cerebrovascular disease due to their effect on inflammatory factors and the release of bacteria into the bloodstream. A comprehensive dental evaluation and Panorex film give our dentist the tools to identify and reduce these risks and ensure proper dental health.

A comprehensive head to toe screening for skin cancer. This exam is followed by an in-depth skin evaluation with specific recommendations for skincare by one of our estheticians.

Our sensitive and non-judgmental approach to gynecological health, includes an internal examination with Pap smear and screening for STI’s (Sexually Transmitted Infections).

A digital rectal examination performed by our physician for early detection of prostate cancer. A PSA (Prostate Specific Antigen blood test) is also performed.

During your exit interview, our Director of Executive Health will review a summary of your laboratory and screening tests as well as the findings on your physical examination. All of this information, along with our recommendations for improved health and fitness will be provided in hard copy and on a flash drive for your convenience.

A radiology procedure used to detect heart and lung disease, including lung cancer.

A CT scan of the coronary arteries that detects calcium deposits which are associated with coronary artery blockage(s).

Screening tests to detect colon cancer and other diseases of the gastrointestinal tract.

A non-invasive screening study used to detect abnormalities of the organs of the abdomen and pelvis.

Evaluation and determination of immunization needs for travel, based on previous immunizations, health condition and likely exposure. All dosages, information on side effects, timing of immunizations and contraindications, that Cenergié provides, are those recommended by the CDC (Center For Disease Control).

Blood test to detect the presence of HIV infection.

A higher level breast imaging study to detect breast cancer. Breast MRI is useful in women who have already been diagnosed with breast cancer and in women with a high risk of breast cancer or have breast implants.

A comprehensive approach to the diagnosis and management of menopause and its symptoms, that includes traditional treatments or a holistic approach, if desired.

An in-depth evaluation of sexual dysfunction that may be a consequence of psychological or emotional factors, hormonal abnormalities, vascular insufficiency or drug side effects.

Screening of hormone levels in both men and women.

Radiology study that screens for osteoporosis.

Lifestyle factors that affect your health, such as smoking, alcohol use, stress and nutritional and fitness challenges are compared to individuals of your age and gender nationally. A Lifestyle Management program is then developed to help minimize these risks.

Cenergié’s Fitness, Nutrition and Sports Performance Programs are available on-site to all executive clients at an additional cost. Our staff of certified personal trainers work one on one with each client to provide optimum fitness, endurance, weight management and performance. Our six and ten week programs are customized for maximum results and include regularly scheduled nutritional consultations and progress assessments. Cenergié’s Sports Performance packages include triathlon training, marathon training and swimming and are enhanced by the use of Cenergié’s Endless Pool, Cycling Room, Bike Fit Service, Lactate Threshold Test and VO2 Max Test.
