Test and Evaluation Programs

Cenergié’s scientific testing and coaching techniques are designed to meet the specific needs of each athlete. Our athletic training programs are constantly monitoring your body through VO2 testing, Lactate threshold testing, heart rate monitoring, nutritional counseling, and evaluation in Cenergié's Endless Pool. We are continually refining your program to ensure that you never plateau.

Cenergié Tests and Evaluations Include:

Measures the point at which lactate starts to accumulate in the blood faster than it can be metabolized, thus determining your proper training zones.
Determines an athlete’s maximum capacity to consume oxygen for the purpose of producing energy.
Measures a cyclist’s “explosive power” by testing peak power, peak rpm, average rpm, and fatigue index.
Swim against the current in our Endless Pool. We will evaluate your swim technique and stroke efficiency using video analysis. Our coaches will provide feedback and create a plan to make you faster and more efficient.
Every athlete is different when it comes to nutrition. We will break down your meals to ensure that you are eating correctly during pre and post training, especially on race day.
Body composition is analyzed by measuring the ratio of your body’s fat mass (fat) to its fat free mass (muscle), using a 9 point caliber test to get accurate readings that target specific areas where athletes are most likely to store fat. In addition, we take an extra step by taking circumference off all your body parts to ensure that you are not bulking in any area.
Our indoor bike training program provides a mixture of cycle-opps stationary bikes as well as compu-trainers for athletes who want the specialization of using there own bikes. Both systems allow the athlete to measure power, RPM, and personalized data for optimal training feedback. The feedback given to the athlete provides the most efficient and state of the art training found.
Includes indoor cycling class, 1.5 hour individual use of training facility or _ hour individual session in pool (depending on space availability).
